What is your warranty?

Each item shipped is guaranteed to be in good working condition. You may return an item for a refund or replacement minus a 15% restocking charge.

The item must be returned in the same working condition as it was received. Do not expect to use the item for several weeks, have it broken during normal use, and return it to Schock Services.

We insure each item that is shipped. If it can be proved that it is damaged during shipping, contact Schock Services immediately so we can get a replacement item sent to you. It is important to take a picture of the damaged item upon receipt.
